First of all, waaaaay too tight for my mannequin lol. This mid 80s dress is stretch denim 96% cotton 4% spandex and VERY form fitting. Zips up the back and a hook closure. Straps are adjustable. This is from one of her earlier linesof the 80s. Dress length off is 38", probably a little shorter on. measured flat slit 15" hip 16" waist 13" pit-pit 14.5

bjrcloset949 Thank you! Based on what you describe is it accurate to say the size 4 on the tag is closer to the size chart of a current size 2/4 model versus a current 4/6 model? Appreciate your time as want to confirm if there is feasibility of sizing.
