bougieboheme @sunkissedck hi! I’m normally an 11 or A 42 in Valentino. I got these a half size smaller thinking they would be fine, but they fit just right (like exact fit) and that’s a bit weird for me for some reason lol. The return policy was 10 days and I got them last minute for a trip, so never got around to exchange. I hate that for me because I really do love these shoes!

bougieboheme @sunkissedck hi! I’m guessing because the offer was made on the 23rd. You may have purchased on the 24th, but the offer you accepted was from the previous fee structure. It should have shown that to you before purchase. I always look at my fee breakdown before checking out. Unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do about that on my end. BUT, the shoes are fabulous and I believe you will be very happy with them❤️
