blueconsignment @djsclosetstore Aww! Thank you! I have a ton of different lights working their magic haha. In the ceiling fan there are 3 phillips hue lightbulbs set to white which gives the best natural daylighting. Then in front of me I have a ring light and two softbox lights. I’m not sure the brand on those though.

podypo Macy, I watched your show tonight (Fri Ap 28) for a few hours. Usually I hate the shows, but yours was great! It moved along smoothly (even when your lights fell over, hope they are OK), you kept a great pace, not ditzing around like others about “let me know if you guys want me to run this… “, you had your lineup planned out with a great variety and it was a pleasure to watch. Also, you are cute as a button and your hair is gorgeous. P.S. I think the radio or whatever, music is distracting.

blueconsignment @monicadehart Hi Monica! Congrats on getting started with live shows! I know it’s difficult to gain a following at first but if you are determined I’m sure you’ll gain regular viewers in no-time 😊. My best advice when just starting out is to pick a regular time each week to go live and stick with it. Some poshers are only on the app at certain times regularly so if they know they can rely on your show to be live to watch then their more likely to come back. I hope that helps!

kareynascloset I have a jewelry show coming up tomorrow May 30th at 7 pm Gypsy Jewelry Show! I wish I could get as many to my shows as you do. I have taken to making some of my shows SHORT so I don't feel I am wasting my TIME. I am sick of having 3,4,5 people SIT there and doing nothing. I see some of your advice you gave others. And unfortunately, that’s the job that I have to put first. But that’s true. Being consistent with the time and day each week then viewers know to look for you. I just don’t want to pick a day and a time where someone else is on that they like to watch. I appreciate all your input and anything that can help me. And I will definitely look out for your shows. 💕💐

blueconsignment @ecochicfashions Hi! I'm sorry for the slow reply. I used an app called PicCollage to help me make mine. You can click the "FreeStyle" option, choose a background color or pattern; add text boxes; add photos (edit photos to remove background); add stickers; etc. All of the photos you see in my listing here were created using that app. I actually paid for the full version of it because I use that app so frequently. Hope that helps!

blueconsignment @prettybarshop I think it mostly comes down to building trust with my customers. I try to run quality pieces in each show and give every shopper a great experience so that they feel confident in coming back to shop with me again. This means disclosing any flaws on items, packaging well, writing thank you notes, offering bundling across shows and combining / discounting shipping through Poshmarks closet clearout promotion.

If so, how do you have a personalized picture with them? I don’t see that option, just the generic gray posh logo.

blueconsignment @jcronkhite Hi! Thank you so much for watching my shows & for bidding, I appreciate it! When you quick list something it will show up in your closet as a listing. If you edit that listing you can add a picture to replace the grey posh logo pic. You can also add a custom message to the description if you want. Then to save yourself time you can just copy the listing you edited to list further items quickly (you just have to change the title & size for each item).

blueconsignment @lynnbcp Hi Lynn! I'm sorry, I'm not sure why it would not let you bid. Do you have a different device you could use? If you usually use your phone you could try the computer or vise versa. Poshmark is glitchy sometimes. Perhaps force closing the app & coming back in would help it to work? If the issue persists, I would suggest reaching out to Poshmark support to see if they can resolve the issue.

blueconsignment @groovycouture Hi! Thank you so much for watching my shows and for the compliment <3. My understanding is that every item you run in shows will also correspond to a listing in your closet. Even for sellers that run auctions under one multi-quantity listing - when they make a sale that listing will show up in their closet as a sold listing. My method to keep my closet clean is to share my active closet listings above my show listings so the sold listings are buried in my closet. Hope that helps!
