btaylortaylor @annakaziev Sorry for the delay! I'd say it is as I'm usually a 4 and it fits a little larger than normal for me. See the measurements in the listing for the waist flat measurement. It's a high waist, so it sits more at the natural waist than a mid rise or low rise.
