Vintage Lightweight Coat (Needs Minor Repairs)

Vintage ladies lightweight coat. Dimensions to follow shortly, but I’m guessing it is approximately a size 14 Lining is in great shape. condition issues appears to be 1) slight issue on back at waist; see second photo. It is not a hole but it could benefit from a few stitches to reinforce 2) Slight discoloration on points of collar 3) fabric on snap at top of coat 4) seam in right pocket, 5) just next to pocket it is starting to separate and needs to be stitched. See photos. All in all in good condition. The issues are an easy fix

msl824 @taybaysquared it's at another house that I'm moving too soon. My recollection is it is bracelet length which is about 4 inches above the wrist. I can measure tomorrow
