Sleeveless blouse / bowtie blouse, peplum crop blouse

This is a cropped tie neck blouse with a slight peplum bottom. Hits around the natural waist. I got it brand new w/tags from ThredUp but I decided it's not my style, so it's pretty much in brand new condition. Great for layering or on its own. Definitely would go well with an office siren vibe. Open to all offers!
