Brand new with tags. I bought this to wear to my brother’s wedding but in the end I decided on a different dress. It has already been more than 30 days since I purchase it so I cannot return it. Its a beautiful dress I just don’t really have another occasion I would wear it for. I’m trying to get back as much as I can for it while also discounting it a little.
