It does not have closures in the front The silver looking buttons are a dress feature they do not close the jacket. It has a two layer ruffle that starts at the front side and goes around the back The sleeves are 3/4 length. It is 27 and 1/2 in from the top of the shoulder by the neck seam to the bottom of the front of the jacket. at the back it is 25 in long from the top of the collar to the bottom of the second ruffle. from one armpit seam to the next across the back is 23.3 in. It is a black or almost extremely dark gray color the buttons are a silver color it also has a polyester type feel. Like New, Smoke-Free, Dog Friendly Home.
