Measurements taken flat: armpit to armpit: 18.5” waist: 14” waist to hem 18” ( the dress is inside out in the measurement pics showing the black lining)

@kabulkate sorry for the slow response. I’ve added a fabric content picture and measurements to description. Measurements are flat, waist has elastic so good amount of stretch there.
