NWT Cynthia Steffe cocktail dress - black lace, sz 8, brand new!

NWT Cynthia Steffe black lace dress with sheer inset at neckline/upper bodice. Size 8 US. Pullover style with one button at back of neck. Long sleeved with flaring at lower arm/wrist. Sleeve hits just above the wrist. Lined body. Beautiful dress, slightly swing shaped/mod style. Measurements: Approx. 34” top of shoulder to bottom of hem, approx. 19” from armpit to armpit. I’m 5’6” and the hem hits about 2” above my knee. NEW with tags, never worn, in perfect condition. Bought at Lord & Taylor 5th Avenue in Manhattan.
