This dress is adorable, it has an easy to fit elastic waist and a fun cutout peekaboo stomach front section. It has a white slip lining inside and a V neck with tank style straps. It is a size Medium and new with tags. It does have a small snag on the bottom, which is hardly noticeable when worn, or you could cover with an applique.
