It’s in perfect condition other than faint marks on the white collar. I have not tried to get them out and I assume they could easily get out as they are barely even noticeable. They won’t really even come up on camera and sometimes I think I’m imagining them! No one would notice & I think a bleach pen could remove it. So cute! 🌈
