@kkraft1982 IS A SCAMMER DO NOT LET THEM PURCHASE FROM YOU!! I posted clear pictures of these Nikes showing all angles including the bottoms and she is attempting to open a case claiming the soles were popped and there were dog chew marks & a stain. 🚨These shoes were in excellent condition there is no possible way I could even hide such flaws! I have no problem mentioning the flaws if my items have any & my 300 sold listings show I have sold damaged/used items before. There is no reason for me to put myself through a return especially with all the new diseases & sickness going around! I take pride in my reputation as an honest seller & to really see how someone can take advantage is absolutely disgusting! ITS SO OBVIOUS she POPPED THE SOLE ON THE RIGHT SHOE COMPLETELY! My pictures show no damage what so ever. First picture is her trying on the shoes & somehow now the sole is popped are you kidding me? Just be honest & admit they didn’t fit you i accepted their offer & shipped them the same day to get them there as soon as possible, gave them an amazing deal & this is what i get?! She alters & damages items to get them returned BEWARE!! 🗣 🚨UPDATE: 3 days later & Poshmark approved the return, once they’re in my possesion a claim will be filed with the BBB since Poshmark isn’t complying with their seller protection policy. Once AGAIN Poshmark is approving fraudulent returns and not protecting their sellers. No worries my money is only being delayed! LOL what a bum 😂😂

breanasbtq @jeannette1984 lol like if they didnt fit just accept it pm doesn’t take that as a reason to return, i always inspect my items before packaging & i always communicate with the buyer if i happen to notice something not mentioned in the listing since i try my best to make descriptions as accurate as possible, but mistakes happen & if that means canceling the order upon buyer’s request i have absolutely no issue doing so !

breanasbtq @thep0shah0lic it sucks because i’ve made Poshmark so much money as well as for myself & the fact that they ruled in her favor when she has no history of selling or buying or hardly any followers but she’s been a posher since 2016 & only responded a total of 3 times to the case?? she really had the shoes for 9 whole hours before opening a case they over looked so many red flags & that’s not my problem they’ll love to hear from me again 🥰😂🫶🏻

thep0shah0lic @breanasbtq I had the same hate for a while. I sold a Gucci purse last year that had the tags and the receipt and Posh Authenticate said it was a counterfeit and cancelled the sale lol. Oh I was lit, I went off so many times, filed a BBB complaint, the whole nine. But then I said to myself for every 1 bad experience I make like 100s of sales for thousands of dollars and just brush it off.

breanasbtq @thep0shah0lic @jeannette1984 why was the item apparently delivered to my mailbox at 4pm today & i’ve been calling everywhere checking my apt office but its no where to be found? possibly an altered shipping label??? not a coincidence that these shoes are the only mail that the usps has marked as delivered but weren’t. lol not shocked a scammer will keep scamming !! 🗣🗣

lv_l This is so pathetic of her! From now on all sellers should get in the habit of recording themselves packaging their items and dropping off at usps! And same goes for buyers they should film themselves opening their package just in case especially if the sellers account has no reviews!! Scammers have no life ,: we need to protect ourselves although even with filming and proving poshmark the evidence they probably will still side with them smh
