Breezy and flowy ankle length skirt with a very forgiving waist band. Waist: 13.5” fly to 20.5” stretches with hands. Length: 33” The material is a gauzy fabric and the skirt is double layered. The label says dry clean but I have the same skirt in a different color and I do not dry clean it. I’m 5’ and could wear this with flats.
