@tracyci 18/17 no elastic and sorry too say where it's Brand new and was folded up the red and pink has faded yes it does say wash in cold but where I sale most of my items brand new I have never washed any before selling it is not that noticable to the eyes 👀 but to my eyes I see so I can mark it down really cheap and you could wash it and it comes out brand new again but I just don't want to wash and resale it thanks choosing my closet too shop from I do have another mini
