bizarreattic I'm sorry, I only do communications through the app. I suggest using a laptop or desktop to view this if you are having trouble viewing the item on your cell phone. Have you tried contacting Poshmark for support? Maybe they can help you solve your viewing problem. Please read the description as it details the features and condition of the item. bizarreattic @kimreyes12 This item was unpacked from its box but never used or set up; NWOT. To test the function would mean to remove the screen protector wraps and other item packaging rendering it no longer NWOT. If it doesn't work, you can return for refund. I've sold other NWT & NWOT electronics with no problem but I certainly understand your caution.
