This item has only been used twice the handbag strap is broken but purse is fully functional. All zippers work and is very clean. Item has been in storage in great condition minus the broken strap. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS . Purse can be fixed strap is included for future repair. Purse is very nice needs a good home. Sorry no returns . Feel free to message .
