this bag is in very nice shape it’s probably from the late 70s early 80s. It has a drawstring braided strap that connects to the side kind of like a beach bag. This print was originally created for Grace Kelly when she went into the Gucci store and needed a gift for a friend and they created a scarf. The rest is history. This print has been in the Gucci lines throughout the years bags new cost thousands.

bornfabulous Is the strap adjustable to center or could it be by the cobbler

erikaacat @bornfabulous totally. The loop on the bottom side could easily be cut at seam and re-attached so the strap on that side would be like the other. I was going to do this, but hated to in case this was like a super super rare design. I’ve never seen one like this.

erikaacat @melodypafford Also.. The style is kind of like putting a backpack on one shoulder. where it sits on its side. I was going to have a cobbler re-adjust the straps, but I have never seen a bag like this and did not want to change it.

erikaacat @melodypafford this bag in particular is gorgeous. The colors are very vibrant. This is the pattern that Gucci created called Flora from Grace Kelly when she came into the store one day I needed a gift for someone and they created this in a scarf for her. you’ll see this pattern on their bags through the years with current ones $1600 plus. I will be in Dallas this week and can give you specifics. Let me know if you’re still interested.
