flowerchild1253 The small pit to pit measures 22.5" & length is 44". 2XL pit to pit is 24" & length is 45" As with many trench coats, they fit loosely for comfort & are cinched at the waist with the belt. Beautiful fabric on these coats! Thanks for your interest!

flowerchild1253 @decalonnej007 I just tried on the small & it fit me well enough to button up & tie the belt & I wear a 14/16 or XL. I think the small would fit a 12 nicely & give adequate room to move comfortably. These are really nice, beautifully made coats.
