This is so pretty. Only wore once for a few hours at a company Christmas party. Would be great also for New Years Eve, or just a night out for a fancy dinner or dancing at a club. Shimmery, but not tacky. Just the right amount of bling. Fully lined. Super stretchy. Hidden light elastic under the front horizontal band.and back seam. Dainty hemline. Back zipper. GORGEOUS!!!
