Scandinavian Astrid Andersen and FILA’s long-awaited menswear collab is finally here. The collection, titled FILA Fjeld, was debuted in January at Pitti Uomo, an international event held in Florance twice a year that celebrates men’s fashion and platforms the launch of new menswear projects. The duo aim to elevate FILA’s heritage as an Italian ski & tennis brand, reinventing it’s DNA for a fresher, younger generation in tandem with Andersen’s keen eye for palatable colours and sharp cuts. Driven primarily by Andersen’s Scandanavian roots, the idea of the ‘natural sustainable’, and a ‘streamlined lifestyle’ played a huge part in the initial design process, with Andersen focusing on the relationship between Northern architecture and the environment it sits in. •97% cotton / 3% polyamide •FILA Fjeld logo •half-zip closure •ribbed cuffs, collar, and waistband
