Wedding skirt purchased on Etsy from a shop in Ukrain. Creamy white color.

Total length is 41 from top of waist band to bottom of skirt. Length is 39 inches from bottom of waist band to floor. I am 5 foot tall and the skirt is too long for me with flats. I have taken a picture of the skirt on with me wearing flats and the skirt drags. I also have another picture with me in 4.5 inch heels and the skirt is the perfect length. I have a 27.5 inch waist but the waist band has stretch and could stretch up an inch easily and would probably fit down to a 26 inch waist. Brand new never worn. The color was a little too white for my cream colored top. I took a picture of the skirt with a white piece of printing paper next to it for color purposes. Skirt is 4 layer total. 3 layers of tulle and one layer of the under skirt.
