This is a sweet teal, white, and black mini floral dress from Michael Kors. The skirt has mini accordion pleates, and the neck has a mini v and a tie with square bead detail. The sleeves are sheer with elastic at the waist and wrist. The size is small. Would work well for a variety of occasions or work! Previously owned with some wear, but in good condition.
