I bought this brand new about ten or fifteen years ago, and wore it maybe once. It's a dress with a black & white skull print bodice top that laces up the front. The tutu skirt part has three layers and is very full. The dress zips up the back. It's a junior's size XXL. The chest measures about 18", the total length is about 29" (length measured from the top of the bodice to the bottom - not including straps), the waist is about 17", about 12" from the top of the bodice to the waist (not including straps), and about 17" from the waist to the bottom. The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material is stretchy.
