Kitagawa Fujimaro Original Woodblock Painting

This beautiful piece was created sometime between 1790 and 1850. It is an original woodblock artwork from Japan. The artist is Kitagawa Fujimaro and he lived during those years. I have found 2 different titles to this piece: “Picnic by the Seashore” and “Beauties Along the Coast”. It’s in amazing condition. Lovely bamboo shaped frame. I recently had the backing redone, so some pictures were done while it was open - see last 3 pictures. Acid free products were used. A different piece by this artist recently sold at Christie’s for over $21,000. I will be listing another woodblock art piece by a different artist, but it has matching frame and matting.
