Zara Basic Dress

Can be worn on or off the shoulder, I wore this to my brother in laws wedding, navy blue, tulle skirt, small snag on the sleeve as pictured. No longer fits. I am 5”4’ and it was just past my knees Waist lying flat approx 12.5” stretches to more than 15” Length from shoulder to hem approx 39.5 inches depending on how you wear the dress (on or off shoulder)
