Hi, what is the width of the bag? any stains or flaws? Is it a hard case bag or soft case? thx

@2019leeeb It is about 2.5 inches wide. I just double checked and did not see any stains. The only flaw I can see is that some hair is in the inside on the felt material. It is in good condition and was not used a lot.
