No underwire, but plastic boning and a metal front closure. The corset is no longer listed on the Empress Mimi Website so this is a chance to snag one. Best for bra sizes 32B-D, 34A-B, or similar "sister sizing." Has a bit of a stretch, maybe up to 32" waist.
