Inner back of lining is torn but not noticeable when wearing. Also, a small tear of fabric on the bottom of front left skirt noted in last photo. Skirt is very flowy so not noticeable when worn. Could possibly shorten skirt to take care of this completely as length is quite generous. Approximate measurements while laying flat: Waist: 15” (no stretch) Hip: about 24” Total Length: 40.5” Always washed on cold, delicate cycle, and laid flat to dry.
