jmd1618 @charanddogs Hi! Absolutely! 🥰 Between the bra straps there is elastic which allows the circumference to stretch. So just the tank top laying flat and not stretching it out, it is between 17-18 inches pit to pit. With the back stretched fully pit to pit, it is around 22 inches. So I would say somewhere between 17-22 inches would fit great. ☺️
