@ywangtan Practical is never fun! Lol. I don’t think it would work on the shoulder. It is for just carrying in your hand or carry it on the wrist or forearm.
If you have someone who restyles or repairs leather or furs I’m sure they could craft a new handle. It just needs a much longer piece of leather to lace through the holes and make it a shoulder or crossbody bag. Great idea!
