Address book, cc holder, coin purse. 2 separate pockets for bills or anything else, notes etc etc. yes it is from 1999 but kept in a drawer all these years - and forgotten. All pages are blank. Very soft leather, snap closure with room to expand and fit lots of stuff in before one can close the snap closure. Bought in 1998
