chcc22 @lindaboston Hello there! Yes the dress has a belt that ties at the waist (like the belt on a robe). I’ve included a few more pictures with garment measurements as well as one of me modeling it. The length measuring from the top of the neckline to the bottom hem is approximately 56 inches. My height is 6 feet. Hope this helps 😁
