This is such a cute dress. Ruffled straps. Elastic at the collar & waist. Free flowing beneath the waist with a ruffle on the bottom. 100% polyester. Would look so cute with a little jean jacket and sandals. The colors are pink, blue, yellow, white, aqua and tan.
