Vintage Y2K Midnight Hour Hot Topic skull lace dress

I bought this brand new from Hot Topic about ten or fifteen years ago, maybe more! It's a dress with an all over black & cream skull print. This dress doesn't have a zipper. The top of the dress has a sheer cream coloured lace panel at the chest and upper back. There is an open detail on the upper back with a button fastener at the neck. It's a junior's size XL. The chest measures about 20", the total length is about 35", and the waist is about 16". The skirt part of the dress is full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
