antelope @funkystyle101 As far as fitting smaller in the description, I was referring to length rather than width. I sometimes wear an 8.5 and other times a 9. These fit more like 8-8.5. That being said, I have a relatively narrow foot with a wider toe area and the width is not an issue for me. They are also stretchy material with give. Hope that helps.
