Vera Wang formal maxi skirt, side flare

Has side zip and full lining. 100% acetate. Sorry about the glare on the tail of the skirt ( it's not a stain ). This skirt was dry cleaned and starched. In the pic there are spots, these are not stains but water. After the water dried it left this appearance. Also, there are tiny holes where the cleaners pinned the ticket previously. Otherwise, skirt is in good condition. Measurements: 26" waist 40" long
