Rare Anthropologie "Regatta Dress" by Odille from Anthropologie's Archival Collection is strapless with a straight neckline, princess seams, corset boning, crisscross striping at the waist and bodice, and vertical stripes in red and white. Pleating at the waist and a side zip and hook closure. So pretty, and such a flattering style! Fully lined. Missing the original straps.
