Vintage Y2K Tripp nyc card suit Alice in Wonderland black & red tutu skirt dress

I bought this brand new about ten or fifteen years ago, and wore it maybe once.. I think for an Alice in Wonderland themed event. It's a dress with a solid black & black/red card suit print bodice top. The tutu skirt part has a sheer black over layer, a black & red card suit under layer, and is very full. The dress zips up the back. This dress has lots of ruffles, lace accents, and satin ribbon bows. It's sooooo pretty!! It's a junior's size XXL. The chest measures about 18", the total length is about 33" (length measured including straps - set on the shortest length), and the waist is about 17". The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has stretch. The straps attach in the back of the dress with buttons (see photo) and can be adjusted by 1".
