Brand new with tags! It’s a maternity dress, but don’t have to be pregnant to look fabulous in it! Gorgeous shade of blue. Lightweight soft rayon. Large accented sleeve ends and bottom hemline. The length is approx 34”. The bust was difficult to measure, but should fit plenty of sizes in that area due to the pleats created by the neckline & below bust elastic! LP
