Is this warm enough for Chicago winter weather?

@rokwelgm good morning! I live in Madison WI and I think that a coat like this would be good for a lot of the winter weather here, but I’d probably want something warmer for the more bitterly cold days. So if you are looking for a coat that will be warm when it is windy and below 0, this might not do it.
