This is the retired Winter Princess Dress by Taylor Joelle for size 6. The discontinued dress, from 2020, originally came with a cape, but I only have the dress. I’m pretty sure the dress by itself was $65. The bodice is a stretch knit cotton/elasthane blend, the skirt is a poly tulle.
