Black and white batik floral-print dress from Target’s Who What Wear line, high necked with a flared skirt and cutouts at the hips. The button loop at the nape of the neck had fallen off when I bought it, but the clasp works and the button just looks decorative instead. There might be a little bit of discoloration at the front of the neck? It’s been cleaned, but it seems like there’s still some faintly there? I honestly am not sure, though.
