Hello! Is the top able to be flipped back up or is it permanently folded?

The fold over can be worn unfolded, the suede is on both sides. When unfolded the shaft length from the heel to tip is just shy of 16 inches. The shaft at the widest is 14” around the calf. Let me know if you have other questions.

@hilleliza Sadly they are not my size and have never been worn. The brand itself usually runs true to size. The boot is an almond toe so it shouldn’t pinch.
