miss_me_too @swanpa just the response from Posh that they are reviewing it and will be in touch with next steps. This is all so frustrating!! Why do we pay Posh such a high percentage when you aren’t given support when needed??

swanpa @miss_me_too - I am so sorry you have to deal with this. I actually cannot believe the lack of assistance. Have they at least provide the receiver with a return shipping label? If there is anything I can do to help this process, please let me know.

swanpa @miss_me_too - What surprises me is his fairly straight forward if they follow the transaction.would a lot easier if they allowed you to speak with a representative. Something tells me, I will never see the blouse. Such a shame. I hope you are at least made whole. Keep me posted! .

I’m just waiting for Posh to send the other buyer (who got the blouse) a label to send it to you or back to me so I can send it. I honestly have no idea how this even happened?? I print the label that they send me like I’ve done hundreds of times before!!
