SAILOR MOON customized dress

I DIY'd this dress by adding sailor moon Luna the Cat charms with fabric glue! the dress is polyester, non stretch and has the classic y2k tumblr twee girl collar. collar is thin and has some threads under as if it used to be sewn all the way down but wasn't when I bought it. this is a unique and ine of a kind bespoke piece looking for a new home! brand is sunny girl, fits like a junior m or women's s! sz m on tag. perfect for Halloween!
