I had this tested at a jeweler today. The jeweler informed me that the metal has the appearance of a plated silver and cannot be resized due to kind of metal and vintage plating; this was made in the 1950s by the designer EFFY. The chips are true diamonds. Today, similar vintage bracelets are being sold for $1700 range.
