If worn up, the felt lining adds texture. Single button closure with four (4) sleeve buttons that can be opened and flipped back with a contrasting striped lining. Two (2) exterior flap pockets (still sewn closed), two (2) interior pockets and a single back vent. Fully lined. Shell: 48% Polyester, 48% Rayon and 4% Spandex. Lining: 100% Polyester. Dry Clean.
