Is this really warm?

@aemisullivan it’s not going to be as warm as a hi loft or snow pile that Patagonia has, but we went to a rainy work picnic in September and my baby stayed dry and warm and we were outside for 2 hours…it was in the 30s

How does sizing run? My son is about 22 lbs and in size 12/18 clothes now and I’m hoping it runs big like other Patagonia and is more like 18/24 in size
