Size 7 - Blue/Sea Foam. Regular training, long, slow training runs, ultra distances, 50 miles and greater. And best for dirt trails, on paved trails, on paved roads, sidewalks, etc..., through grassy sections or cross-country courses, in muddy area, through creeks and streams, in snowy or icy sections, along moderate trails, along highly technical trails. Very lightly used, lots of life and tread left!
